From cocktails to mocktails to hot cocoa and more, The Bitty Bar provides beverage service for life's celebrations! These include holiday events, corporate and community events, birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, happy hours, pop-ups, brand launches, and many other personal or business celebrations!

We are currently booking events for Fall and Holiday 2025 as well as Winter 2026.

We bring the bar to you! We offer two rental options: Bar Only (we drop off the bar, you provide the bartender(s), alcohol and supplies). Full Service (we bring the bar, bartenders, supplies, etc.)

We are a “dry hire" service. Dry hire means that you provide the booze and we serve! Virginia State laws prevent us from selling alcohol of any kind. We serve alcohol purchased by our client, the host, caterer, event organizer or venue. This typically ends up saving you big bucks!

This is really up to you! Bottled/canned beer, wine, cocktails and mixed drinks, hot cocoa, sodas. We can help you design a menu for your specific event.

Of course! We are happy to provide our bar for any type of event. Our hot cocoa bar has been a HUGE success in the colder months! We can serve coffee, delicious hot chocolate, and tea. Consider a coffee hour following your cocktail hour. This is a great option for dry brunch events, baby showers and coffee/dessert functions.

We offer several packages with a base rate. Additional factors such as the number of attendees, distance, and any add-ons will affect pricing. To inquire, click the 'Request Services' button below. Complete form and we will send you our brochure with package details.

The Bitty Bar operates as a catering service. We do not offer a pay-per-cup option. The event host/organization is responsible for all costs associated with booking an event.

On occasion, we participate in vendor events, markets, pop-ups. Please reach out to us directly at info@thebittybar.com for more information.

We will send a quote based off your party details. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract to confirm your reservation. The invoice balance is due 10 days before your event. Our contract states our weather and rescheduling policies.

The Bitty Bar requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. It is also helpful to be near electrical access though we have a generator that can be added to your package.

Bitty Bar is located in Leesburg, VA. However, we are always up for a good road trip! Let us know your event location and we'll do our best to make it happen. Ask us about a mileage quote.

We carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to any venue.
